visiting John-the-Beck

John-the-Beck, lovingly identified by his son Charlie when they were discussing John the Baptist in Sunday School many years ago, is first and foremost the father of Charlie, Kathryn, and Marsa...but he's like a father to me and he now has his first grandchild! He visited us in the hospital, but this was the first time he got to hold Addie. The minute I put Addie in his arms today, she welcomed him to his new role by making an enthusiastic contribution to her diaper in celebration of the event. We'll let you extrapolate from that what actually happened!
