I've always heard one of the worst problems you can have in a house is...water! It can cause untold damage, and you don't even know it's happening! Well, when your house was built in 1928, and you know the pipes are really, really old...a leak is bound to happen sooner than later.

(yes, Addie is sleeping in our room for the time being)

what we need now:
our handyman Ron (who knows old houses) to re-plaster the wall
& a fresh coat of paint!
(it could have been much worse!!!)
