Whew!

So I met with my OB today.

He said that the 34 week mark is A goal but not THE goal!

It's a goal because most twins born at 34 weeks are normal (his word, not mine).

But...almost all twins born prior to 36 weeks will have to remain in the NICU. Once 36 weeks is met, only 10% remain in the NICU; and by 37-38 weeks, the rate drops to a mere 2%!

He said THE goal is 37-38 weeks.

So although everything almost everything will be ready by the end of February, we should have 6-8 more weeks after that!
